  Very good doctor, very caring doctor, excellent service . Front desk girls need to be professional, they need to improve their attitude towards patients and people. Otherwise dr. Shampa is simply the best in this area. Long live doctor. Wish you very best and good health. Just get someone in the front desk please who knows how to handle situations, pressure and professionalism .

  I haven't even been to see the doctor yet but so far I'm disappointed at how SLOW the appointments are. I walked in with a sick son, I myself am sick too and pregnant. Been here almost an hour and past my appointment time and the receptionist hasn't said a word about what the hold up is. There are 4 patients before me already and we are already running behind. I may change my review after the appointment if I ever get to see the doctor any time soon. Being a doctor is one thing but running way behind schedule without a warning is another.
